Holy shit, you must be a seriously schizophrentic robot. I'm sorry I'm not familiar with the works of Heraclitus. However, instant road repair sounds like a topic that is completely uninteresting to me. Isn't road repair managed by your state department of transportation? Or do robots not pay taxes? Fuck them if they don't.
